Embracing the Culture

The work environment at BC Hydro has been a crucial factor in my professional development. The collaborative spirit and openness to learning have not only broadened my technical skills but also fostered a holistic understanding of data management within a large organization.

The openness to learning new things is evident in our team meetings: everyone speaks up respectfully and actively listens regardless of age, gender, or race.
